i know that the first book 97 things every programmer should know is someone might think is not relevant to a blogger but it really is and i think as a blogger you should atleast know a little bit about web-development  because there will be a time when you want to customize your website your way  but with all the drag-and-drop feature you cannot except through html snippets and that's when web-development skills come into play and by that time you wouldn't worry about it .
